Grow your own food
Since my practice is based so much on getting what we need out of the foods we eat, there is no better way, than to grow your own food. Blenders
Vitamix – Admittedly, this is an expensive piece of kitchen hardware. It’s also a lifetime blender (so it’s the last one you’ll buy) that will do so much more than others on the market. Integrative pediatrician
Sheila Kilbane at Infinite Health- I cannot express how much of a hidden treasure this woman is. Her knowledge base is extensive and she is the most cooperative physician I have ever met. She really listens to you (and your child) and works with you to help address the root cause of issues. She has a focus on nutrition and changing lifestyle to help foster a healthy, and vibrant child. While she is local to Charlotte, NC, she also does phone consultations for those not in the area.
