Homemade Electrolyte Drink
This is a super simple drink to help replenish the electrolytes we all lose through our sweat. Electrolytes play a key role in muscle and nerve function, blood pressure and blood PH. Depletion of electrolytes can cause muscle weakness, cramping, and additional medical issues. The store bought brands can be expensive and are loaded withy extra sugar, preservatives, and food dyes. This is an easy, cost effective, whole food beverage, to keep you feeling great throughout the summer and during your training sessions.
